Tailgate/Game Notes

We tried something a little different with this game, we have always tailgated in the past down here but this time we decided to tailgate with fellow Utes!  We setup in the parking lot of Provo HS thanks to the Crimson Club who organized the spot.  We were allowed about 4 tailgate spots for our setup which was plenty.  We had a prime spot as we were next to the Crimson Club tent and their media trailer.  We had a fairly good outing with nearly 20+ tailgaters down there.  Thanks to Nate & Ashley for bringing down and grilling up a tri-tip steak.  The weather was a bit cold but the snow stayed away keeping things dry.

The game was in the end a disappointment however considering the Utes finish the regular season at 9-3 in a year many felt was a 'rebuilding' year is quite the accomplishment.  The Utes battled back to force overtime only to come up short.  They accepted a bid to play in the San Diego Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl (Dec 23) vs California.  For full game recap click here
