Tailgate/Game Notes

What a perfect a perfect autumn day for football!  The winless Lobos rolled into town so we got ready for them with some homemade Jambalaya (thanks to Erin!) and some roasted pork tenderloin courtesy of Scott.  Thanks to all those that brought sides, especially the grilled jalapeno poppers (they were tasty!).  We had fairly good numbers attending as well.

Freshman QB-Jordan Wynn had his first collegiate start of his career and guided the Utes to a fairly easy win.  They rolled up 557 yards of total offense to gain their highest output of the season.  Game recap here.
